If you place an order internationally and there is an added VAT or import tax, please note it will be your responsibility to pay those taxes in order to receive your item. Nova Lita does not provide an estimate of taxes in advance.
We request a signature for all orders valued over $800. If your order is less than that, you must request signature on delivery at check out or by messaging us. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are marked as 'Delivered'.
If you believe your jewelry was lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@novalitavintage.com. All our jewelry is shipped fully insured in case your item gets lost or damaged and we will work with you to resolve the situation!
